Along with the celebration of science and dental medicine, Esthetics Day aims to encourage networking. In addition to the opportunities during the day, at evening arrives dinner and party. Among all the amazing restaurants that Lisbon presents this days, the chosen one was the remarkable Petit Palais, by chef Olivier.
This 19th century palace was once the venue for grand parties, getting to host distinguished guests like Prince Rainier and Grace of Monaco. The architecture and decor of this space have always been quite refined, or was not his former owner António de Medeiros e Almeida, founder of the Hotel Ritz Lisboa. Currently, the interior design refers to the French 18th century palaces, one of the private rooms takes place in a former chapel and – surprise yourself – the sink of the ladies bathroom is installed in an old pool table.
Chef Olivier has everything thought to the detail and the menu of this unique establishment is at the level of the mystique, however, The menu prepared for Esthetics Day will be kept secret but promises to exceed expectations, as well as a few surprises to cheer up the evening.
The Lisbon Dentistry Academy chose this restaurant for being the perfect embodiment of all aesthetic concepts spoken throughout the day, an example of how it’s possible, with professionalism and passion, to achieve perfection. We look forward to meet all of you in this party that will be the culmination of an unforgettable day.
